If your child is interested in participating in any sports activities at JMS in the 25-26 school year, please use the link below to sign up. Students MUST sign up here in order to participate so we can check physicals and their Skyward information for athletics is complete.
If so, the following need to be completed:

2. Check Skyward to be sure ALL athletic forms are completed in their entirety. If a portion
is blank, this could cause a delay in participation. See the link here for how to complete

3. A Sports Physical must be completed and on file at JMS. If you are unsure if your child
has a current one on file, please contact the Athletic Office.
TRYOUTS:
Volleyball: 6th-12/15 5-6 pm
7th- 12/15 5-6 pm
Sporting Event Fees:
The cost of regular sporting events at JMS is $5 for adults and $3 for students and children five years of age and older. Students on Orange or No Level are not permitted to attend events. Fees for regionals and sectionals are set by IESA.
